It’s significantly easier for members to enter meets. The fact that swimmers' times are held within the system means that parents can easily see what events swimmers are eligible to enter makes it so much easier to get in the correct events and lowers mistakes. Since we have been using SportsEngine Motion, the number of entries to meets (swimmers and swims) has increased by 25% year on year.

The SportsEngine Motion mobile app, specifically, saves us so much time. It easily saves each of our coaches an hour a week, just taking into account the group emails and messages before. Right there, that’s 500 hours of time saved throughout the year.

The card payment processing system has been a massive time-saver for me as treasurer. I used to receive more than 100 individual standing order payments into the club accounts which I had to manually allocate to swimmer accounts. That took at least 8-10 hours per month.
