Spread the Word—Advertise Your Programs and Monitor Registrations

1. Advertise Your Programs on Discover.SportsEnginePlay.com

To bring in new participants, list your programs on Discover.SportsEnginePlay.com—our platform that connects youth sports organizations with families looking for programs. This can help promote your organization to a broader audience and attract new members.

• Pro Tip: If your program is only open to current members, be mindful about sharing your registration links. Ensure your listing clearly states any membership requirements.

2. Update Your Website for New Members

Your website is often the first impression for potential members. Make sure it’s welcoming and easy to navigate by doing the following:

1. Double-check that the information on your site is accurate and up to date, especially if you’ve made recent changes to your registration or program details.
2. Consider creating a dedicated page for new members with photos, social media links, and Call to Action (CTA) buttons that direct users to your registration pages.

3. Enable and Monitor Your Registration

With registration set up, the next step is to enable your session.
