We have many resources to help you get the most out of SportsEngine HQ. There is a help experience within SportsEngine HQ that presents contextual help information and guided walkthroughs wherever you are on the platform. If you need additional help, you can chat online with a Customer Success representative. Premium and Pro customers also have the ability to schedule a phone call with a Customer Success representative. Plus, our Community help center is filled with video and editorial content that can help you get the most out of SportsEngine.
Can I add additional products and services later?

Yes, you will always have the opportunity to add additional services after you join SportsEngine (including, live & on-demand video streaming, class & lesson management, background screenings, tournament management, website design, additional training, uniforms & apparel and SEO & branding)—setup fees and other costs may apply.
Can I cancel my SportsEngine HQ package?

You’ll have a full 90-days to explore all the ins and outs of your SportsEngine tools without any penalties for cancellation charges.

After 90 days, your contract with SportsEngine is for one year from your original purchase date.
Is it really free? What’s the catch?
